Here we have received feedback from the Buzz create team on are social media page and music video, in what we can improve on. This feedback has helped us in identifying what we need to improve on and how we can do it. For example they stated what we could do a collaboration with another star for are social media page, which integrates cross media convergence, allowing are star to be exposed to a new audience which helps improve are star image. They also mention on adding some stories to engage are audience interaction which allows us to work on adding AIDA into are social media page, increasing the audiences interaction, but adding a Q and A, it will allow the audience to have an active contribution and create a bond between the star and audience.
Overall this feedback allowed a professional to review and help improve are work, and provide a target moving forward, which will help create a more realistic and personalised product which will be better.
